1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. All ticket sales are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

3. E-Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive your e-ticket(s) via email immediately. Please ensure you provide a valid email address. You may present your ticket on a mobile device or print it for entry.

4. Validity & Entry

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot selected at purchase
• Present your e-ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance
• Photo ID may be required for verification
• Entry is subject to the venue's capacity limits

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However:

• Date changes may be requested up to 24 hours before your visit
• Full refunds are provided if the venue cancels your scheduled visit
• Refund requests due to weather or personal circumstances are evaluated case-by-case

6. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must comply with Shedd Aquarium's rules and guidelines, including:

• No flash photography in animal habitats
• No touching of animals unless part of a designated experience
• Food and beverages are only permitted in designated areas
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for disruptive behavior

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or theft that occurs during your visit. Visitors enter at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
